A member of the US Delegation to the Ghlobal Diaspora Council, Yvonne Horsley McCowin, is now Her Excellency Yvonne Horsley McCowin as she has been sworn in as an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Ghana for Atlanta and the southeast region of the United States.
With two words, “it’s official,” Her Excellency Yvonne Horsley McCowin, a Central Region native announced to Ghlobal Chairman Jermaine Nkrumah the culmination of a process that started six years ago.
Not surprisingly, Consul McCowin jumped right into action working to attract business to Ghana upon arrival in Atlanta from Washington DC where she was sworn in along with three others representing the cities of Worcester, Massachusetts, Houston, Texas, and Los Angeles, California.
