The GHLOBAL Youth Wing is an integral organ of the Ghlobal Diaspora Council established to mobilize, empower, and represent young Ghanaians across the diaspora. It serves as a strategic platform for youth participation in leadership, decision-making, and community development while fostering unity, skills development, advocacy, and cultural engagement.

Target Group

The Youth Wing serves members aged 18 – 35/40 (subject to Association policy).

Mandate

  • Promote youth participation in leadership and governance

  • Develop youth-focused programs aligned with GHLOBAL’s vision

  • Serve as a pipeline for future leaders of the Association

  • Foster unity, innovation, advocacy, and cultural engagement among youth

The Youth Wing may independently implement approved programs, while major policy decisions and expenditures require Steering Committee approval.
